Black Bean Pasta Recipe From Scratch

In a medium stockpot, combine soaked beans (see editor's note), water, onion, green pepper, garlic, bay leaves, salt, cumin and oregano. By using prepared black bean sauce instead of making it from scratch, this recipe will come together rather quickly.
